About my work

My artwork focuses on using memory to investigate changeability and displacement.

As a result, my paintings allude to feelings of being disconnected and uprooted as well as concepts of presence, absence, inclusion and exclusion.

Recently I have started using disjointed panels with a two by three ratio to allude to photographs, vibrant colors to speak of memory’s dreamlike qualities and perspective to invite the viewer in.
